    *  perhaps two. 
You can schedule a refresher session for motivational enhancement. 
 
   
Not practicing?
There may be good reasons that we can figure out together.
*  You took the time to learn the HERE & NOW Plan
*  You wanted it to work for you.
*  You know you need to practice it
*  You know you feel better when your practice it. 
 
I would love to help you figure it out so that you can move forward.
 
 
Many of the reasons can be...
Understood and overcome.
Some people
    *    resent that they have to work so hard just to feel normal.  
    *    don't see enough progress
    *    don't connect the steps to the final goal
    *    need to understand more about how it works in order to believe in it
    *    want the connection of practicing the plan with
                         someone who cares that they learn it.
 
Schedule a session.  We can work on this together.
 
You have come this far..
Now do the follow up.  
 
When we fail to change a pattern, it is usually due to a  lack of follow up.
 
 
Do the follow up. 
Use the technology, on line counseling, to keep motivated, keep practicing and keep moving forward!
